How does the replacing equipment service works?
From the 1st of March, of 2015, you can ask for a substitute computer while yours is being worked at our services!
This new commodity aims to offer to iPonto clients the possibility of keeping up with their daily technology based tasks.
Requirements:
Clients must have an iPonto service history older than a year.
Clients must have a history record of at least one purchase per year in one of the following service categories: computer assistance; specific technical assistance.
Responsabilities:
The client assumes total responsibility for the equipment until the date he returns it to iPonto services.
The client commits itself to the payment of a daily 3€ (euro) fee regarding necessary maintenance procedures so that iPonto services can be assure new availability and proper working of the replacing equipment for the next user.
The client commits itself not to damage, or violate by any way, the stamps, stickers, serial numbers, or other types of control and identification marks existing on the substitute equipment.
The client commits itself not to make physical changes, as well as aesthetics or any other type, on the substitute equipment.
The client commits itself not to use the substitute equipment in any illegal actions.
Agreements:
The client is aware and agrees that any pre-installed software, by iPonto services, is freeware and it will not be charged.
The client is aware and agrees that iPonto services advise him to use an external storage device for personal files or other type of data that he considers private.
The client is aware and agrees with filling the necessary documents when picking up the substitute equipment.
With no objections of any kind, the client understands, agree and accepts to comply with all the rules, terms and agreements referred to him when asking for the iPonto replacing equipment service.
